How to Love Yourself ✨


1. Be your own best friend 
     Treat ourselves with compassion and consideration just as we would with a best friend.
2. Let go of the past
       Forgive the people who hurt you. Carrying around anger only poisons you.
3. Be less judgmental.
4. Smile more.
The more you smile, the happier you will feel.
5.  Learn to be insightful and say “No, that’s not true”
      You will hear a lot of things on your life's journey. Learning to say “NO, that’s not true” helps you to discover what the truth actually is. The more clarity you have, the more you will be able to support and stick up for yourself. 
6. Limit the 'junk food' that your brain consumes
      Just like your body feels grumpy if you feed it awful things consistently, so does your mood suffer when you feed your mind garbage. Be as intentional about cultivating the information that you consume as the food that you put in your body. They both matter more than you think they do.
7. Make time for rest and relaxation
8.  Spend time alone 
9. Be active.
      Exercising regularly releases endorphins and contributes to your level of happiness and will help you feel better about yourself. 
10. Do favors.
      ... But don't expect anything in return from the kindness in your heart.
11. Guard your heart, but be open. Don't let people take advantage of you.
12. You will never be able to please everyone.
      Not everyone will like you. You won't like everyone you meet. That's perfectly fine also.
